Baby Bag no stock & no response

As a Discovery member, I get a Baby Bag with vouchers & info when I pre-authorise my admission for the birth of my baby. I'm told to take a copy of an email to my nearest Toys R Us & they will give me the Baby Bag.
I have been unsuccessful in getting a bag from any of the local stores for a period of 3 months.
I went to Gateway where there was no stock & I was told they had no idea when they would be getting again. They took my name & number but I have not heard anything in 2 months.
I then called the branch & spoke to store manager Julie on 05/09/2013 & she promised to phone other branches & come back to me. She called back to say she could not find stock at other branches & she would make enquiries on getting some stock & get back to me within 2 days.
Needless to say, I'm still waiting for that call from Julie.
All the items on offer to me as a Discovery member that are included in that bag are now not available to me because Toys R Us cannot simply get their act together over a 3 month period.
As a woman going through my first pregnancy, I have a mountain of things to purchase ahead of the birth of my new baby, Toys R Us is quickly becoming the place I won't be shopping at.
