I went to your Dobsonville branch on the 12th of Aug 13, your manager refused to help me and told me that Head Office knows nothing about claims and that I should go back to Randburg where I bought the Tv and complain there. I then got upset and we got into an argument as to why must I go to Randburg whereas Dobsonville is my closest branch. She argued that the Randburg branch was being renovated and only they would know the details of my purchase and I told her that she was being ridiculous as it is one company and she can just simply pick up the phone and call that branch but she was adamant that I can go ahead and complain but the complaint will still come to her and she still wont help me as it is Ellerines Randburg's branch responsibility. Eventually, she took down my details and said someone from Randburg will contact me, I must just have my serial number and model number ready but to date no one has contacted me. Can someone please help
