Edgars apparently gives its account holders a R50 birthday voucher (which they now say is actually transferred to your thank u points card), my birthday was last year November, i STILL have not received the points, i went instore to Cresta and the consultant didnt even know what i was talking about, i have called 10 times to the vouchers department with no luck, they check and confirm every single time that it hasnt been previously given to me and yet its almost 4 months later and i havent recieved it, I always pay extra to my account and it has never been in arrears... Further i pay for the edgars club book and i stopped receiving it in November last year!...disgusted by the services received and i also work for a major clothing retailer and so glad my company does not to their customers about what they get! I have even lodged a complaint through GET CLOSURE and Edgars havent bothered to even reply!
