To whom it may concern,
For a regular Mr Price Sport customer, I am very disappointed. I bought an item on the 21st October 2013.Unfortunately I had to return the item and due to circumstances I could not do it immediately. So today 3 November 2013 when I return the item, The cashier Shannon helped me with an attitude, I can not give back because of the date period time. When I came home I saw that Mr Price Sport Policy says within 14days you can return. I went back where Shanon again helped me with an attitude and said its more than 14day when it is up on to today 13days, clearly she cant do maths, don't know how she operates the till if she cant even count, another cashier came to help and also with an attitude ask me why I speak in Afrikaans and not in English. She cant understand me, As far as im concern if you work with customers/public you have to be literature in Afrikaans and English??? Im really unhappy about the way Mr Price Sport staff treats me as a customer! I will think twice before I support Mr Price Sport again!!!
