I purchased a set of knee and elbow gaurds from Mr price sport in December 2012 for the price of R129.00. The gaurds were too big so i took it back to the store to exchange. When i picked a smaller size i noticed that the price was R99.00 so i expected a refund. When i approuched the manager (Jessica Pillay), she was so rude and refused to give it to me for that price. I asked her for the head office number and she said she does not know. My wife followed with another manager at gateway whose name was Garth and up to this day i have not heard from them. Mr price is supposed to be a world leader in retail but their customer service is apalling.
