I purchased clothing at Mr Sport on Saturday the 3rd of August. On returning home and trying the items on, 2 items did not fit me correctly. I returned to the same branch on Sunday Afternoon, the following day with my receipt and clothing items. I chose to exchange stripe tunic size [email protected] for a larger size which was the same price. The 2nd [email protected] I wanted to return as there was no bigger sizes available. Total owing back to me was R279.98.I chose to purchase a second [email protected]. This meant the Mr Price owed me R70.00.On requesting the refund I was told that they could only refund my card, on calling the manager to explain that I had not brought my bag with me and did not have the card, he then turned around and said he will give voucher. I did not want a voucher as I hardly shop at Mr Price. This is completely against the consumer act, I returned the items within 24hrs, I am entitled to a refund cash should I request it. I do not need to justify why I do not have my bag with me. It is a Sunday afternoon and we happen to be driving past. I still do not have the refund owing or the new receipt as I left the branch after receiving shocking service. Thank you for messing my Sunday up!
