3 times repair still no solution

I have had such problems with Hi-Fi Corporation in Festival Mall it has had to reach the point of posting here.

I purchased a Car Radio which gave problems. I was told that the radio will be repaired. Well yes this did happen, but it is the 3rd time I have had to take the radio back for the same dam problem.

I requested a refund/replacement and the Manager, Charles Mbele stated that this would happen. It been over 5 days and still have not heard from him. It great to know that a manager of Hi-Fi Corp gives you there word they will get back to and they don't.

The radio has not been sent for another repair. I do not expect this type of service from such a company.
