High prices for poor quality

I purchased a sissy boy handbag at stuttafords in august last year. Black leather. you'd sear this bag is over a year old as the material is coming apart if i wear any other colour top besides black I always have small pieces of material left on my top after having the bag on my shoulder. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of your handbags as this is not the first sissy boy handbag i've owned. My other bags colour faded within a couple of months. For what you charge for your merchandise you should really consider increasing the quality of your products.
