Truworths
Failure to refund cash -- upsetting

I returned two garments to the store only to be tols they don't have money for the refund.. This is truworths, surely they should have R1500 for a simple refund..
Anyway they tell me don't go far, by 5pm when the store shuts we will gladly refund you.. So I kill the afternoon at the mall to return at 5pm, to be told they have no money to refund me yet again..

What sort of circus is that...

Now I have garments with me and don't know when to go back to them, coz don't know when will they ever have money to refund me???
