I am very disappointed and upset by the treatment I got from Truworths in Kolonnade on the 12/05/2013. I had returned clothes in their original packaging with original tags hanging and they refused to refund me just because I said I worn them at home, but when I explained that it was just to see if they fit me properly and get a second opinion they didn't want to hear a thing they just refused to take them, saying they can't take that responsibility. It didn't start there the guy at the till, Mandla didn't want to help me he gave me attitude and insisted on helping a lady who was in another cue that is until his lady colleague confirmed what I already told him that I was there just a moment before, when he had to help me with the refund he said he cannot help me because I had worn the clothes. The supervisor Nelson came and teamed up with Mandla against me, they told me that I am welcome to go try another store else where because they will not take responsibility for worn clothes, just that the clothes were a bit wrinkled. I took their advise and went to truworths hatfield and there they helped me with a smile no questions asked. I will never set my foot at Truworths Kolonnade eve
