Truworths is bad for the fact that I bought a brand new phone for R2000 on Friday 29th October 2013 and took it back on Tuesday 2nd December 2013 they could not exchange or refund me now i have to wait and its been almost two weeks till now no phones. the guy explained that they have a 7 day return policy but still i have not received any feed back i had to call them to find out whats going on. Such a big store with such poor service.
