On the 23rd of December I purchased a couple of tops from this store to the amount of R1650. When I had got home I tried the tops on only to find out that these garments were damaged. I was disappointed by this as I am always purchasing from them that to as a cash customer. When I had the chance to return the items a few days later to get my cash refund I was told by the manager that I cannot get a refund or exchange the goods. This angered me as his attitude towards my problem was not that sympathetic and was not willing to assist to the point where he walked away from me and never returned. I left that day and immediately contacted the customer care line I explained the issue to a gentlemen by the name of Jared who contacted the store manager of Pavilion (Koogan) and instructed him to contact the Area Manager. Koogan then had the audacity to call me and question me as to why I had contacted the head office to lay my compliant. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and I still have not received any feedback. From Koogan or the Area Manage
