I have a Mr price account and I use it all the time in lenasia. Each time I visit the Glen store there is always a problem. On Saturday after shopping I went to pay. The teller was not really interested in me. She kept me waiting while she was blushing and having a conversation in a different language. Her behavior reminded me of a dog on heat. After she found the time to fit me in I went to her counter trying to put the experience aside as every person knows how important retail therapy is. She did not greet me, just looked. I handed her my card and she asked me to confirm all my details. I asked if there was a problem she raised her voice and said this is a 24 month account and I cant use it. She was soo rude and I was the customer. She then started with her conversation again like hello I was standing right there. I asked for the manager and some lady came and looked like she just rolled out of bed. She also treated me like telling me that I cant use me account. Where does mr price hire from??? Unskilled and rude. long story short she told me she was the manager but was not. I told them I will report this and they just laughed at me. All for R179.
