I bought a pair of puma takkies for my baby shoes started to break infront so I took takkies back I had a slip. The manager or what ever he is said he can't give my credit back I must take something else cause I don't have the box its not evens like a normal box cause the kids play with the bag thing that's surpose to be a cover nd broke the box I never knew you should have a box when you return shoes cause a have a slip. But my point is why didn't he give my credit back cause I bought it on my account and they didn't have stock in that takkies and didn't have takkies I wanted so I had to take takkies I wasn't happy with cause I didn't have a choice.where he could of just given my credit then I could of gone to a other shop. And it doesn't say when you return goods you must have box or plastic it sayd you must a slip.
