Counterfeit Takkies

I bought a pair of kiddies Jordan takkies at Jack Lemkus on the 9 October 2013 for R550. Two weeks later i discover that the takkies name and symbols start failing off. I decide to take the takkies back on 28 October to the store and the manager of the store (Mike) told me that i he wont refund or exchange the takkies for me. this is the first time in my entire life that i bought a pair a takkies and in two week is falling apart and the store i bought it at refuse to refund my money or exchange the takkies.
