I went there to do some exchanges and one of the items I was returning wasn't in my receipt due to a cashier that scanned 1 item twice and didn't scan this one. I was told to bring the items that were scanned twice to exchange it. I feel so dissatisfied and disappointed that such a great company would give such a bad service for in items of just R44. It's also bad service since the error was done by their cashier. And this type of treatment usually happens in the Soweto area which i feel that they treat us unfairly, it would give have been a different case if i didn't have my receipt.
