I have lodge a claim against my extended warranty EXW 45226 -"40" LCD TV - By Design on the 9/8/2013, it is a month later and have had no feedback. I was put in the position whereby I have to make several calls, leave messages which remains unanswered to the store to force feedback, I have made another call this morning to the Westgate Customer Care department, Manager Emmanuel and was informed he forgot about me. So much for customer care. We I have now resorted to Hello Peter to force a response from the store. I was informed 7 days prior that the repair agent was working on my TV, 7 days later he is still working on it. I am no technician, BUT the one half of the screen is black and the other half displays a picture NOW the screen needs to be change, very simplistic and I am no technician or is it simply BAD ATTITUDE the customer MUST wait in abeyance until they feel it s time to respond.
I need the TV fixed or replaced by 10/9/2013 but maybe that is to much to ask from a service provider that does not understand customer centricity. I will not recommend this store to anyone to save them this embarrassment. I will not frequent this store for any further purchases..
