I came to the store on thursday 08/08/2013 to book a bus ticket and they said they are offline, the lady said I must come back on friday the 09/08/2013 at 08:00. I reported in the store 2day exactly at 08:00 but the lady here at the computicket teller is telling me to wait until 09:30 'cause the person working on the teller her shift start at 09:30, tried to explain to the lady that I came spcifically to book a bus ticket in town but no1 is willing to even listen to me and really don't appriciate that 'cause that's my inconvinience!
