Not sure what the name of the gentleman is that was working at your front desk yesterday, but he obviously did not realise we were standing at the till right next to it. I picked up that an item marked at R179.99 scanned through at R189.99 and asked that it be changed, the cashier got someone to go to the front desk with the item and I heard this gentleman say - FOR TEN RAND?? Didn't realise that the customer has to just accept that your items scan at incorrect prices - so if ten people come through at R10 extra you make an extra R100.00 - if you want to make a sarcastic statement like that instead ensure that your items are correctly marked or scan correctly.
