Often???

I have on two occasions (never again) bought deli items, the first were frozen sardines, these scanned at R999.99, expensive! The second were frankfurters, three in a pack, I bought two packs, these scanned at R304 per packet. On both occasions, the staff, cashier and manager, treated me as though I was the problem, when I insisted on them adhering to their policy of the product now being free, they make you feel guilty for asking! Firstly, I am not in need of charity! Secondly, the real problem is, as I pointed out to the manager, the cashier scans the items, and looks at the screen and does not realise that three franks cannot possibly cost R304, the other problem is that I have to point out the error only to be berated by the manager. How many of these errors occur without the shopper noticing - MUCH PICK N PAY???
