I went to the store last month 29 to buy items that I had previously bought over D weekend in Jabulani mall Game so when I went to the one in Town I wasn't sure if those items were still on discount when I asked the cashier she said she's not sure but she will see after punching the items on the system they will reflect discount on my slip those were Purities I bought 8 instead of 10 to qualify for that discount then there was cream of maize also with that on the shelf the was a sticker I told the cashier she saw it and called her so called Supervisor who couldn't handle the situation proactively by at least keeping me informed whilst waiting cause she went away to look for that paper for discount during that time we not sure what going on I told the cashier that it fine let me take the items then she sent Lerato another Supervisor to give the cashier the paper so that the cashier can take it to someone upstairs then they said I must go and cancel everything on the other side and come with a voucher no one took me there I joined another queue after waiting for almost 2hrs that type of behaviour is not expectable especially for a person in managerial position very Dissapointed!!!
