Good day.

On Saturday the 17th Aug, I went to Woolies Cresta to exchange items that I have purchase the previous week or so... The items that I went to exchange were Hardware sip skinny (orange) and a structured jegging (like a burnt orange/reddish color).
We got to the store and the security checked the items, which she marked as 1 on the slip (could be an error from her side). Nevertheless we get to the cashier to exchange (with receipted) our items and the cashier tells us that the security only indicated that we came in with one item. While on our way out the beeper goes off and we are off to the back office (where all criminals are held).
We met with Danny Malapile the manager apparently, I have never in my life felt so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. We saw the footage which was not very clear or they could not zoom in to clarify that it was two items were almost the same color.
We were kept "hostage" in the store for plus minus 4 hours. We had one of the other managers (Lerato) to come have a look at the footage which he confirmed the its multiple colors now that already tells you that there were more then one item. We also have another security guard sitting wi
