Dear Sir/Madam
We have emailed Jenny de Velliers the banking details for estate to receive a refund. Due to her not responding to my emails, I then after lodged a compliant with her Manager Gavin Hartzenberg at which he phoned me on the 26 July 2013 and apologise for the delay. On perusal of the estate bank account we have noted that the refund is not paid to the account. I then telephonically followed up with Gavin at which he promised to follow up with the finance department and to date we have not received the proceeds for the estate.
