Dear Sir/Madam
We have sent a fax and emails to Zenith Administration Services from the year 2012. There is money due to the estate that they need to process and we have given them the estate banking details, to date we have not received the money. Every time we phone the relevant department at which I spoke to Refilwe several times, Ryan van Niekerk, Olwethu and Zintle. They always advise that the banking details are captured on their system and they do not understand the reason why the proceeds were not paid, they thenafter confirm that they will liaise with the Manager and come back to me. The fustrating part is that they have not to date paid the proceeds and provided me with a progress report. The beneficiaries requires closure and we cannot unfortunately close the estate due to the incompetence or dealy of Zenith Administration.
