One can only imagine my disgust when I found a huge hair sticking out of the Fry's Asian Spiced burger that i was about to prepare. I called the company and stated my case and they apologised. I also stated that have now lost confidence in their products and will no longer be consuming them and will like them to take their products that I have already bought and refund me for them. They said that they will get somebody from Pretoria to come and collect the burger with the hair and have it sent to the lab for tests and then decide what to do. Over three weeks later, and not a word from them. I cannot believe that a company can be so poor in their response to their customer complaints. Beware all vegetarians, if you dare to try a Fry's product... check it carefully. You never know what you may find in it and the cherry on the top is that the company cannot be bothered at all. How sad!!! I still have the evidence in my freezer and will now be sending fotos to all my friends and familly including those living abroad.
