Very bad service

I went to Woolworths store Rosebank on the 26th July to order a store replacement card and i was told they will send an SMS when the card arrives. I waited until today 8-08-2013 then called Customer Services to find out where is the card and they told me the card is there. I wanted to buy especially when its time for sale 6-9 Aug 2013 its ending tomorrow so i went with my drivers licence to collect my card they refuse (Manager) by the name of Anne. I am so dissapointed cos it is not my fault i could have brought my ID if the SMS came but no one called or send me SMS what must I do i need to buy I also want bargains. I need my card and I want it today tomorrow is a holiday!
