Trying to find a responsive person at Woolworths that can explain what happened to my store card, even though they charge R50-00 per card that is old and faded. Can't get them to replace the card. I have to go back in to the store to and reapply for the Card that they have charged for, but not sent to me. Service is disgusting at Help Desk. NO point in complaining to Woolworths, they just want your money, service has never occured to them.
