A-Z disappointed

1.) I bought a gift and the American Swiss staff kindly wrapped it for me. When the person opened the gift, the plastic price was still in the box. Incompetent!

2.) I went to refund one on my purchases:
Mall of the North - "Sorry we don't have any float - come back later or try another American Swiss shop"
Drove all the way to Savanna Mall, same story, "we will call you if we have money in our tills"
Completely wasted my time, I'm still not refunded, because I have to wait.

3.) The staff is rude in the Savanna branch - they will do nothing to assist you, huge lack of customer service!
