I was shopping at theku mall, we had to stand in a very long queu coz 1 of the teller decided to cash up the till before the shop closes. we were about 20 in the line waiting for 1 till. when my turn comes, 1 of the item i had have incorrect pricing, the the manager Brian took the top and look for correct price in the computer. i was paying using an account, the casher zama cash up some other item and tell me to wait aside for brian to come back with the correct pricing for the top. i told her im in the hurry i then asked to leave the top and take the other items since she already debited it in my account and i signed the slip. she said i shold wait for brian to return with the correct pricing coz he had already wasted his time looking for the prise and i said im leaving its not allowed. if i leave i should leave everything. she also refused to give me my till slip. i then left everythng then, the clothes and my signed slip to her. and all of this happened in the presence of the manager, he stood there and didnt say anything to protect my right as a custome
