I went to Woolworths in Norwood to collect my gift card, I was assisted by Petronella and Lefulo who told me That they couldn, t assist me as i was using a passport. I find it so frustrating as it was not for the first time Collecting a gift card at Woolworths store. They told me that they were following Woolworths policies and Procedures. My question is that so the stores that i went to, To collect my gift card before they were not following The policies and Procedures? I was not trying to open a Woolworths card or something all i wanted was to get my gift card but i was given a pathetic service and they told me to come the following day as that day they couldn't assist me. Kindly book them for training as it is frustrating to be turned away in store.
