Payment no reflecting

On the 4th of February I paid my Macro account at Standard bank Honey Dew as Makro instructed me that I must add my card number as a ref no I did that but now they are saying its not reflecting on their system I must send them a proof of payment. I have lost the slip and I don't have time to go to the bank, can Makro help me because I paid my account and this is my card number 000502210700374970 and I am 100% sure that I paid the account its not my problem that its not reflecting on their side. This is not my fault Ithe money is in your accounts I lost my standard bank slip the must be a way this can be tracked
