On the 27.07.2013 my wife and i went shopping at monument checkers we bought ostrich meat our purchase cam up to R235.63 .when we got home the meat was rotten and we drove back to the store and we were told they could not refund or exchange the meat even though we had a receipt with us we were refused a refund.
