I cannot be bulied by. These guys said they will deliver today between 3 and 5pm, after I made countless attempts to ensure they arrive at the right time when I am availble. The fact that they are in my area means I need to stop my world and leave work to go meet them because they cannot come back another time! I made time and they suddenly cannot deliver and cancelled and expect me to work around their time. I tried to meet them halfway but they kept saying "We're giving you 30 minutes or we can't deliver"! Is that the attitude a customer should be getting?
Not only this time. For 3 times now, my deliveries from Coricraft go wrong and with no consideration to meet me halfway. These guys expect us to accommodate them but they cannot even try to be reasoble in the least. To make things even worst, the staff then passes the buck by running away from responsibility.
Well, you got my money and I will also on you watch this. I am not letting this go down that easily. give me my refund and I will buy else where if my money doesn't mean anything to you.
