So you purchase some expensive items from Coricraft that they need to deliver the next week. After numerous complaints and struggles you eventually get it, late and not as promised. so you lay yet another complaint, not that it seems to deliver any results, its almost as if they just don't care (general feeling throughout my whole experience with Coricraft).
After it was agreed that they will refund some of the expenses we occurred we decided to let it be and await the refund... A refund of almost a R1000.. We have probably spent more than that in calls and petrol over the last 3 months in a effort to get that money from them. the money is no longer a issue, but its the principle. Is it okay or best practice for a business to treat paying customers this way? apparently for Coricraft it is!
So a strong recommendation to avoid them at all cost, unless you wanted to be treated like @#$%.
