We ordered a sleeper couch in October from Coricraft, end December they finally come to drop it off, but its the wrong couch. This after them having pitched on an earlier date when we told them we were not home. So we had family staying over who then had to sleep on the floor on mattresses which we had to buy as Coricraft messed up. Today they call to say that they finally have our couch, HOWEVER, now they claim their salesmen entered a normal couch onto the system, and not the sleeper couch. Sorry Coricraft, your fault, you fix it. Either send me my couch or give me my money back. Its really time we lay a complaint with the National Consumer Commission, this whole saga just doesn't end.
