CORICRAFT POOR SERVICE

I purchased material from Coricraft for new covers. The covers were made by Coricraft but after the first wash the material unravelled at the seams I sent the covers back for repairs. Coricraft restiched the covers, the next time I washed the covers the same happened. I also found that Coricraft restich the covers, result being the covers were made smaller each time and did no longer fit on the couches. I sent the covers back again on 6.12.2012. After numerous telephone calls the covers were deliverd to me, but a different material and colour was used. I refused to accept this and sent the covers back. To date I have sent e-mails and made various telephone calls. It was mentioned to me that I should buy new material and have new covers made as the original material is no longer in stock. I refuse to accept this as the material was purchased from Coricraft and the made by Coricraft. More than 4 months later I still have no covers on my lounge suite, and each time I call Coricraft the reply "we are looking into the matter". The promise to phone back, but to date have had no respionse. Your help in this matter will be appreciated. Kind regards... Louise Jooste
