Does service and empathy no longer exist or is it bad management and customer service that is lacking?
3 incidents at the same supermarket in less than a month... The first incident was salmonella from cooked chicken from their deli, fobbed off 'let us know in advance we will make a fresh batch... WHAT!!! The 2nd, yesterday, an incorrect pricing, fobbed off with ' oh that's our house-brand price' no apology or let's give it to you at that price, which I am in fact entitled to, not that, that was the issue. I was bringing it to their attention in order to correct it, no 'thank you' for pointing it out either.
Today I had a meeting at their coffee shop, paid, went back to my table, slipping on the wooden floor in the process and falling on my. The gentleman at the table where I fell bolted up and my meeting person rushed back to see if I was alright.
Neither supervisor or staff came to see if I was ok (they all saw what happened)
Leaving the supermarket I stopped to report the incident to management, the supervisor came waddling from the bathroom and asked if I was alright, too little too late!! Management gave it very little attention so what do you expect from your staff
