Bought 2 cooked chickens for dinner... 1 was fine the other had a bad smell when I cut open the chicken it was grey and smelling, I called the spar and spoke to elperez (manager) who told me to bring the chicken in and he would give me my money back... went in and all he could say was a refund and they will TEST THE CHICKEN IN THE MORNING I MEAN REALLY... HE SAID something must be wrong with the rotisserie... I said no your staff cooked an off chicken... he refused to believe that... the customer care us disgusting... he did not even take my number nor in anyway provide a sincere apology... I am appalled by this experience... I don't think that the management of the spar thought what the consequences could be... I sm revolted and will never shop there again... very unprofessional... it saddens me, my family love chicken but never again
