After receiving a response on hellopeter they said on Thursday I will shortly be hearing from the area manager today being Sunday I have still not heard of the area manager. This after I had to call the store a person by the name of Johann said he would call me back on 2 different occasions last week that he would call me back aqnd on both occasions I had to eventually call him back. On Thursday morning I called again and after me giving them the time I was in store and which till I used they found the slip. But the area manger did not want to give Johann a log number so he could send it to me.
It is nothing for meto take the gift voucher, but I paid them in cash and I am the customer and I would like to decide for myself what I want to do and not be forced into something.
