I am a very unhappy customer right now, on the 3/01/2014 in the morning I was at Luis Trichardt store to request for a cash refund, I told the manager who was on duty that I lost the receipt but I only have a prove of payment with a debit card, manager on duty called the area manager to hear from her,
this area manager told me and my wife to get out of her store, now I guess that is the kind of service Foschini is giving to customers, she was supposed to explain me that they can only do and exchange besides is my money I bought with and the item is on the same condition I got it
