Hi, i bought a mens Jeans and a few other things at Mr Price Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain on Saturday 2 November. The mens jeans did not fit and because i work in teh Century City area i changed it at Century City.i went there Tuesday 5th November to change for a bigger size they not not have any nice jeans and on top of that i lost the slip in the store. I went to the till and explained to the till operator what happened (dont know her name) she wanted to give me the cash i said ill look somewhere else for a bigger size if i dont find ill come back, she told me i can just show them the docket on the jeans and ill get my cash or they will exchange for me. I went back now a few minutes ago to Century City cos i did not find a jeans to exchange i was told i can only get a gift voucher... now in last week i was given my cash and this week im told i MUST take the gift voucher IM SORRY this is unexceptable UNFORTUNATLY i lost my slip if they want to they can liase with Westgate Mall and print and see that i bought these things CASH! I WANT MY MONEY BACK TOMORROW PLEASE!!! i will no longer buy ff=rom Mr Price if this is the case!
