What a terrible service I received at your kwaggafointen branch I brought a washing machine from them firstly they didn't deliver within the TAT they promised which they said 24 hours when they finally delivered weeks later they delivered a dented machine this was reported immediately they didn't bother to came get it when we went there directly they have a nerve to tell us no because u have used the machine we can't collect it that is madness I wil not pay for something I didn't damage I need this go be sorted asap
