Terrible/poor service

Our brand new samsung washing machine broke within 6 months of purchasing the item, so we sent it in for repairs under the warranty. Not only did we have to wait three weeks for the machine to be repaired but every time I called to Cape Town WORKSHOP to find out what the progress on the machine was there was no answer. On the 15th of January I called the WORKSHOP 15 times without anyone answering the telephone. Ultimately when I did get through I was promised that the machine will be delivered and every time they tell me someone will call me as to when the machine will be delivered. As it stands, today is 6th of February, no one has called and we still do not have our washing machine. Samsung has had our washing machine from the 8th of January, almost a month. This is the poorest services I have ever received from any company. I will never purchase a samsung product nor will I ever encourage any to purchase a samsung product.
I spoke To George, the WORKSHOP manager, not even he called us back after promising to do so.
