I purchased some furniture toward the end of September. Delivery of my order took place on the 1st of October, as requested. However, the washing machine ordered, was not delivered with the rest of the items. I immediately called the warehouse and advised them and was told to contact the branch. I did contact them and they eventually advised that the machine would be delivered the next day. What surprised me was that the warehouse was not aware there was a washing machine included and yet the store was going to arrange delivery the next day. When the machine did arrive and was unpacked, I immediately noticed that it was not a new machine. I also noticed that whilst I ordered a Defy, it came in an LG box - this shows that the machine was taken off the floor at the shop or worse. I have since discovered that the latter is probably true as the machine has a dent on one side! Not easily noticeable but there nonetheless! To-date, no one has even bothered to respond to my initial complaint about the machine and now that I see it is physically damaged, I am not amused nor keen to pay for something seemingly second-hand!
