The 4 incidents that I've experienced, with regards to Pick 'n Pay, are as follows:
(i) Coffee was wrongly priced and I was never reimbursed.
(ii) Purchased a carton of milk and the milk was sour, even though the expiry date is in October (bad packaging I pressume).
(iii) Purchased marinated lamb chops on 31/07 and the meat was rotten.
(iv) Purchased a texan steak on 03/07 and the meat was rotten.
I refuse to use my transport to query these issues, as the oudour of the meat is harmful for my health and will leave an unpleasant smell in my car. I am really upset with the service provided by Pick 'n Pay, owing to me being a loyal customer for many years.
