I placed an order for a washing machine on September 9th. In spite of following up many times, sending through proof of payment, etc. it is now 3 weeks later and I still have no washing machine. I took a day off work when I was told it would arrive last week, I waited the whole day, and it didn't come. I usually can't get through to anyone by phone, and when I did manage, they simply said they didn't know why it took so long. I even requested last week to pick it up myself, which I was prepared to rent a vehicle to arrange, and they replied by email that customer collection isn't possible. I don't know what else to do, except cancel the order entirely and buy a machine elsewhere. I am a single mother of toddlers, not having a washing machine for a month is impossible!
