On the 24th of July 2013 I purchased an Oxford Corner unit (Right Hand Facing) (Black) style number 24180080422 and an Angela Bed (Brown) style number 22180011433. I made this procurement on cash at your @Homelivingspace store on Hendrik Potgieter Rd West Rand. This was after severe inspection of lounge suites that were on display, hence my resolution to obtain the products due to their satisfactory condition. The order number is 245102.
The furniture was delivered on the 31st of July 2013.
Unfortunately, the lounge unit has not performed glowing for the reason that:
1. It does not convene the standard and class of those units on display from which I determined to procure them. This comes to me as distortion and potentially counterfeit goods.
2. The corner lounge suite on display is very resilient and has metal clamps attached to bond the 2 pieces of the lounge suit. This is a dissimilarity to the one that was delivered because it has a single plastic hook. This came to my awareness after a thorough scrutiny and comparison on 2 August 2013 at @Homelivingspace West Rand.
3. Upon sitting on the sofa it disintegrates from the L-shape as it does not have a suitable clamping system
