I purchased a Leather Corner Lounge Unit from Rochester in June 2013. It was delivered on arranged time in August 2013 but the delivery guys said they had alot of deliveries and could not stay and wait for me to open the unit for inspection. The Leather was damaged and the brackets connecting the two pieces was not included. I phoned Rochester the next day and they said I must just send them a photo of the damage and they will get back to me. After a few times where I had to phone them and ask what is going on, a lady named Magado??? phoned me from Rochester head office and said they will replace my lounge set, if I will just be patient because they must place a new order. I said this is fine with me. This was in October 2013. The lady phoned me back somewhere in November and asked if I will be happy with the same set but in another colour becuase this is all they have in stock at the moment (which tells me they haven't order anything yet) I said no because I want a specific colour according to my taste. And she again said she will place the order and they will contact me as soon as they can deliver. Up to today nobody contacted me again???
