After i have complaind about my black lounge suite that is now still the (borrowed) brown one and also has problems from the day we have recieved, the day we got the brown one ellerines said we will get a black one once they recieve stock. After my last complaint still busy with it, the area manager and her husband came to have a look at my lounge suit, she sat and hopped on it and it broke futher. The same night she told me and my wife that it is defenately better to get a new lounge suite that is different from the one we have now because it looks like a manufacturing fault. The suite that we have (brown) has two different brown colours and does not match like it should. She has also agreed that its fair because my contract stipulates that i have a black lounge suit, to get the right one that i have chosen to match my interiour house decorations. Head office told me that the borrowed brown lounge suit is my new one now and can be sent for repairs and that i MUST send it or the case is closed and that i have no other choice but to keep the brown suite. I do NOT accept it, i am NOT happy with the brown and broken suit. I demand a black FIXED lounge suit. Please help!
