I Went to buy some clothes since they're having a sale. There were 11 people standing in the queue were 2 of them were pensioners. Of the 9 tills they have only 1 was open. I think a snail would be a little bit faster than the lady. As I put down the clothes to be scanned I also gave my visa card. When she finished the scanning she looked at my card and said..."o sorry we are off line..." This while she had my card. Couldn't she tell me that before she scanned?
The manager of the shop stood there as I asked can't you open another till as there was two elderly ladies in the queue, the lady said we don't have staff, but there were two staff members walking around in the store???
I phone their customer service twice before regarding their terrible service, they just said "sorry for that". That was all, they didn't ever asked from where I was phoning or about which store I was complaining.
